Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
- 1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- 2. Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or a related field.
- 3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- 4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- 5. Empathetic and attentive to guest needs.
- 6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- 7. Multilingual skills may be advantageous.
- 8. Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.
- 9. Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
