Responsibilities of a Steward:
- Dishwashing: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a smooth flow of kitchen operations.
- Cleaning and Organization: Keep kitchen and food prep areas clean, sanitized, and organized to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Support to Culinary Team: Assist chefs with food prep, plating, and other tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen.
- Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.
